Lifetime Warranty:
At BeastChains® we are so confident in the quality of our dog collar designs that we offer a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. Each dog collar model also has additional warranty coverage against wear of the link and clasp structure.
What's included?
The BeastChains® lifetime warranty is included with all our dog collars and is in place to cover against the utility of the link and clasp system.
This lifetime warranty does not include after purchase coverage against scratches, chips, nicks and excessive abuse (stress tests, torture tests, abnormal wear) of our dog collar products. 
Warranty Terms:
To return your your BeastChains® dog collar beyond our 30 Day No Hassle return policy and under our warranty policy you must meet criteria below:
- Customer must contact BeastChains® by phone, email or Instagram DM to obtain a Return Authorization Code.
- Customer must ship the dog collar to our offices in North Carolina
- Dog collar must pass the returned items inspection by a BeastChains® product quality Engineer (PQE)
If the PQE team do find a defect or issue that meet our warranty claim requirements, your dog collar replacement will be approved within 3 business days. Delivery time can vary depending on inventory of the dog collar model being returned.
Exchange & Return Policy:
If you need to exchange or return your dog collar for inspection you can ship it back to our offices in North Carolina. This basically means our PQE team takes a look to see if the collar meet our warranty policy requirements.

Definitions
With respect to our shipping policy, Deliver here means, delivery to the post office and not to the customer.
All of our products do take time to manufacture and perfect, for a pleasant customer experience, please be patient as slips in delivery schedules are not rare.
